Northwest Dental Care Center welcomes new patients and endeavors to establish long-lasting mutually satisfying relationships! On your first visit, we will do our best to understand your current dental health and what your objectives are, and will work with you on the best plan of care possible.
You will also get to meet our dental staff and check out our state-of-the-art facility.
We accept major insurance providers and offers flexible payment plans to ensure that you receive the dental services you need when you need it most. At the moment, we have very good partnerships with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Guardian, and Dentemax. If your insurance provider is not on the list, please let us know and we will do our best to work it out for you.
Being well-prepared on your first appointment is an important first step that will have a high impact on your level of satisfaction. That is why we are here to answer any inquiry you may have prior to your first visit.
Northwest Dental Care Center is conveniently located on 5352 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago IL 60625. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are limited parking spaces available at the back of the building.
